Switch to low-fat milk, cheese and yogurt!
Milk is good for the body. It is rich in vitamins and minerals like calcium, potassium, vitamin A, vitamin B12, and vitamin D‐‐ good for the bones, eyes, skin, immune system, muscles, nervous system and heart. Milk is also a good source of certain proteins and may contribute to a healthy weight and healthy blood pressure. Low‐fat milk or non fat milk (1% or less) has the same nutrients as whole milk. This type of milk lowers your fat intake and calories.
