PS4 Boys Basketball Team

On Friday, the Boys Basketball team's season came to an end. The PS4 Wolves lost the playoff game by a score of 14 - 0 against PS328. The loss ended their season and all hopes of winning The Turn 2 Us League championship. Congratulations to PS28!

Even though the season ended with a loss, the season was a success because the boys learned how to play basketball as a team and learned how to work hard in practice and during the games. Coach Harris would like to thank Coach Adam and the boys; Alejandro, Jeremy, Jermaine, Richard, Jose, Armani, Angel, Kenneth, Camille, Julio, Aisen, Jeffrey, Dermont, Isaihs, and Saul. Your coach and the Duke Ellington Family are all very proud of each of you.

The Coach Harris Report - Getting Ready For The Next Game

Since there was no game last Friday, due to the Veteran's Day holiday, The Wolves of  PS4 are even hungrier to win their next game Friday, versus PS192. The next game is "on the road" so that means the boys have to be very focused on their task as they play in another court. Just like in the classroom, The PS4 Wolves must study their offensive and defensive plays.

Although our record is 1-2 (one win and two losses) their is no feeling that we are a losing team. A win will make our win-loss record even and strengthen the confidence that we are building. Hopefully, the team will be at full strength for the first time since game 1. Now that the team knows their responsibilities and has a better idea of their own capabilities, a win should be the next step.
